Acadly uses colors to point out the activities you should pay attention to. Colors hold different meaning in a course depending on your role.

In general, the idea behind colored icons is as follows -

  • Red: Requires immediate attention
  • Blue: Requires attention but is not urgent
  • Pink: Future activity that require imminent attention
  • Grey: Can be ignored
  • Green: Happening now

For Course Team members specifically, the colors can be explained as follows:

  • Red Activity Icon: Denotes an unpublished activity type
  • Grey Activity Icon: All the activities of this kind have been published
  • Green Activity Icon: Activities that have been published in a lecture that is in session
