Acadly helps professors make lectures interactive in both face-to-face as well as online classes. Using rich activities like polls, quizzes, word clouds, discussions, and videos, faculty can make the lecture experience engaging for their class. The key difference between the face-to-face and online modalities is that in the latter, professors need a way to deliver the lecture in addition to sharing activities.

This article helps you understand how to delink your Acadly and Zoom accounts. Please refer to the tutorials listed at the beginning of this article for further details on how to use Acadly with Zoom.


Delinking your Zoom account from Acadly

Follow the steps listed here to delink your Zoom account from Acadly.

1. Visit the Settings section of your Acadly account

The Settings section is available on left hand side of your page. On the desktop/ laptop website, the Settings page is visible to users from everywhere within Acadly.

2. Click on the Zoom Integration settings

3. Click the "UNINSTALL AT ZOOM MARKETPLACE" button

At this stage, you will be redirected to the Zoom Marketplace, outside of Acadly.

4. Visit and log in to the Zoom Marketplace

You can also visit the Zoom Marketplace directly (https://marketplace.zoom.us) and log in using the credentials of the Zoom account linked with your Acadly account.

5. Click "Manage", as shown in the screenshot below

6. Click "Installed Apps", as shown in the screenshot below

In the Installed Apps section, you will find the Acadly app listed.

7. Click the "Uninstall" button next to the Acadly app listing

8. Select uninstall settings and confirm

At this stage, you will be prompted to select your uninstallation settings, as shown below.

Select the options as per your preferences and confirm. This completes the delinking process. Once you log in to your Acadly account, you will find the changes reflected.

On the class page, Acadly will once again prompt you to "Authorize and Create Online Meeting" as shown below.
