At the time of course creation, Acadly prompts instructors to add a weekly recurring schedule. But once a course has been published, the weekly schedule cannot be edited.
However, it is fairly simple to add multiple lectures in one go. The following steps will demonstrate how you can do that. In this example course, we will add an extra lecture for each Friday scheduled from 12:30 PM to 1:25 PM.
Click on the blue + button on the bottom right of the Course Timeline and select the "Class" option from the resulting menu (highlighted in red in the image below)
In the resulting dialog, fill out the details and click on the Calendar icon in the cell titled "This is a recurring class" (highlighted in red in the image below). For this example, for the Date field, we've selected 20th August
In the resulting calendar, select all the dates on which there is a lecture with the same start-end time and the same venue. In this example, we've selected all the Fridays (marked with blue background in the image below) on which we have to take a
lecture from 12:30 PM to 1:25 PM at Lecture Hall 6. After that, click save.
That's it! Hope that helps. If you have any further questions about this, please feel free to reach out to us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org.
